I am a victim in the above referenced case. We are approaching five years since this nightmare began. The defendants in this case were sentenced over two years ago. We were promised that restitution would be made expeditiously. We have been mistreated by the court, the Judge, The U.S. Attorneys in South Carolina, the court-appointed receiver, and the entire U.S. Department of Justice. In the letter enclosed, you stated distribution should be made “before late 2010 or early 2011”. Is it safe to say that you made that statement base on the data on hand and on historical data? How could your prediction be so far off?
