this is a petition to gather enough signatures to help pass a law in regards to get justice for the victims and there families of bullying . we need to pass a law here in the states and Canada that the accused gets charged if under 18 parents face charges if they did nothing to stop or prevent their child from bullying . in alot of cases schools are aware but do nothing .
