Users you block on vampirefreaks can still view your profile and rate you! This is highly annoying, especially because you have them blocked for a reason. I'm sick of blocking people only to find out it was a complete waste of time and they're still able to view my page, my gallery, journal, and rate me. If you're with me on this, SIGN THIS PETITION!
