Name: Mary Moss on Dec 13, 2003State: CACountry: USComments: My dad was a vet and if he were alive he would be disgusted to be used as a "showpiece" in a political campaign-especially an antiwar campaign. He knew that soldiers do their jobs every day for their country and sometimes die. But sometimes wars are necessary evils and someone has to do that thankless task. He never questioned the validity of his service to his country. For Kucinich to stoop this low is revolting to me and every military family and many civilians. These soldiers died to keep Americans safe. I thank them. They are heroes and Kucinich isn't. He needs to stop using these soldiers as a mere "prop" (propaganda) for his own political ambitions.Flag

I would vote to recall him if I lived in Ohio, but never to lead our Country anywhere. Pull the ad and apologize.Flag

Name: Timothy Leroux on Dec 14, 2003State: OHCountry: USComments: As a born and raised kid from Cleveland, let me say that Dennis needs to give it a rest. These are serious times and demand serious people. For a laugh, check out the Kucinich website and examine his "plan" for pulling troops out of Iraq. What an embarassment to Cleveland and the nation that this guy is considered a somewhat-serious candidate for President of the United States of America. I wouldn't vote for him if he was running for dog catcher.Flag

Name: Jim Walker on Dec 15, 2003State: NYCountry: USComments: As a combat veteran, I was nauseated by the Blumrich pornographic abuse of veterans' honorable combat deaths and the entire Kucinich 'ad' as mindless, insulting, and absolutely infuriating. As a now FORMER Democrat, I will do everything within my power and work to my utmost to guarantee that this lunatic never gets elected president, nor to any other elected position as long as he lives. Dennis Kucinich, you have not only lost a Democrat, but you have earned a solid counter-campaigner for the rest of your pathetic, useless and mindless life.Flag
