| 178 | Shirlene E. Johnson | I think this new Law is DISCRIMINATING !!! Whoever passed this law is moron! Not only do the businesses loose money, so does the state. The local bar I used to attend (before the smoking ban)was always very crowded. I've been there 2 times since the ban, both times there was maybe 15 people in there. If people don't go to businesses and spend money, the state looses money from the taxes. I also noticed that since the ban, all the cigarette butts on the ground. I say we should all buy our cigarettes online so the state does'nt get any money from the taxes. That would teach them! Alcohol is dangerous for your heath too! Next, they'll take that away too! |

| 183 | Mark E. Melone | This law which was enacted by the legislators of this great state, is a violation of the Freedoms of individuals. FREEDOMS that men and women fought and died for. Let the choices be made by the people, not a handfull of legislators. |
| 184 | Mary Gilbert | I think its an outrage that our veterans cant smoke in a private club. They deserve better! I'm not a veteran nor do I have the right to even step foot in one of these clubs but those who do have earned that right and should be allowed to enjoy being there. |

| 188 | Keith Alan Clark | Still serving our country. Iraq and back.
I was depressed that when a recent return from a second deployment Marine lost his life, his family was not allowed to relax and smoke as they would have been just days before. This is crazy. I can die for my country but I can't smoke in my own club?
I tell you what, let the folks that voted for this breath some air when they are burning garbage in Iraq, and they won't be so sensitive about smoking ever again.
I earned to right to have a warm place, with fellow vets to smoke in.
Give me my rights back!
