Social Security benefits for Veterans should not be tampered with by Congress. A contract between the Veteran and Congress was made when the Veteran enlisted and agreed to serve his Country. I didn't matter his age when he enlisted nor should it matter his age when he retires. The Veteran earned his rights to the Social Security for his service. Congress should not change the terms due to financial problems not created by the Veteran.
