Save London's first adventure playground, and North Kensington's oldest and best loved community centre. _____________________________________________ We the undersigned demand that Kensington and Chelsea Council listens to its residents and offers a full 'open, honest and upfront' public consultation on the future of the Venture Centre based on presentation of the full facts relating to: - who is paying for the new Venture Centre - where are the possible locations, and why does it and the adventure playfround have to be moved - to what extent will the Venture Centre be expected to cater for any new and additional residents in the area - where is the written commitment to keep the same amount of open green space in Athlone Gardens

Charlotte Creed, United Kingdom3 years ago Comments: The Venture Centre is at the heart of the community, well-used, well-loved and an established site for community events and getting-together. Please don't jeopardise such an important place and let it lose its focus because of gentrification.
