I, the undersigned US Citizen and resident of Ventura County petition my local U.S. Representative to oppose any increased role of government in providing my health care. I also petition my Representative to protect my right to free choice of doctors and care, as is important in maintaining a healthy capitalist system. I oppose socialized medicine proposed by Democrats in Congress and ask you to vote no on any legislation to that effect.
