Seems like a very worthy reason for a day off. Why do we celebrate other silly things but not our war heroes?
Long overdue. We get enough bank holidays for other stuff surely we can take one day to remember the real heroes who laid it all down.
Great idea! My grandad served and he would have loved this. Lets make sure these brave men are never forgotten.
