Eight (8) months and counting and the summer flying season is upon us. With no resolution in sight on the appeal, we down to playing the wait game. I personnally don't understand how the BZA can get away with making such an arbitrary and capricious decision and then continue to act like they're the victims in this process. I want nothing more than to show them that the people at not going to stand around and continue to take their crap. You either base the decisions on relevant zoning issues and if no issues exist, you pass the thing. Put a few conditions on the permit and if they can't follow those, then you have a reason to withdrawl the permit. Simple as that. Our government at work...I've got to spend money on an attorney to fight for us as well as pay the County Attorney through taxes to maintain the other side of the battle. Unbelievable!
