I love the vanilla. I started drinking the vanilla/cherry combination because that's all I could find. I actually would be happy if they just kept the Diet vanilla/cherry around as it has a lot more vanilla flavor than cherry. Having tasted both the lemon and Lime I think those two flavors are both too strong for Diet Coke especially... and don't want to drink those. I'd rather drink NON-flavored diet coke if it came down to that.
My local safeway store no longer even carries diet cherry/vanilla coke in the 2 litre bottle, I am forced to buy it in cans. While there are rows and rows of diet lime coke which appear to be overstocked each visit to the store. There is room for other products on the shelf. Get rid of Coke Zero - you don't need zero calorie and lowe calorie beverages competing for space. Just because Pepsi does this -- it doesn't mean loyal coke fans will switch. Having tried Diet Vanilla coke - it's terrible and tastes flat like their other beverages they have. If you take my choice away, I'll switch to water and not buy ANY of Coke's products. |
