I am making this petition because pa state law and the (DOL) Department of labor states. There is no law in pa for people over the age of 18 to rec. a 15 minute break for working less then 6 hours. A few other states make that a requirment. I think the state of pa should because people who work 4-5 hours still need a break of at least 15 minutes. It is unfair that the employer has the option to forfit your break if they are busy. I worked 5 hours without a break thats just insane. So please support this and lets do something about it.
