Hi to all that have expressed a concern about the recent letter we all received about the increase of $41.00.  The letter we all got is not what wasNOT IN requested at the last meeting.  We asked to get a history going back to 2005 or so to compare expenses.  If we are in arrears we want a explanation to what the reserve fund is spending the funds on.  We received snow removal and lawn maintenance and new roofing and a white light and mailbox thats all.  Very minimal water expense.  Our decks are coming up to 20 yrs  and are becoming a safety concern.  If you agree to what has just been mentioned please sign our petition to show we are not standing for this.
