Valentine's Day is just a holiday for couples and honestly they don't need this. Singles despise this holiday as is. So since people from kids to adults love halloween, Why not have a 2nd Halloween during the year. It's a lot more interesting and gives people, especially cosplayers/costumers just another reason to dress up have fun and do a lot more interesting things. So why not?
