Now only boots into safe mode and has green stripes during BIOS load and dots during Windows Vista attempt. Sony denies the problem and refuses any claim on a 16 month old laptop. Great support from a former supplier of formerly quality computers.
Sony, recognize the problem with the NVidia 8400M GT and support your customers while you still have them. |

I understand this is a known problem with this video card and that Sony is not extending the warranties or recalling this product. Costumer service makes or breaks a company. As far as I am concerned if this is not fixed it is the beginning of this company being "broken". |
