    Comments: have you consider partially solar powered lighting to reduce costs of powering this lighting? of course this isn't viable for darker periods of the year but its just a thought. even a small wind turbine would generate enough energy to light this path.

    Comments: After the incident along the river ayr path I think it is not more than responsible to address the issue of lighting. Especially during winter when it is dark before 5pm. Installing suitable lighting is the least that can be done instead of redirecting students to take a longer route walking home. Thanks
