    Comments: It is imperative to take action to do the one thing that will make more of a difference than anything.- significantly increase taxes on fossil fuels. If gasoline were $5 a gallon and electricity 30c a kilowatt, people would have the incentive to conserve. More than anything, this would make a difference. Make this revenue neutral - decrease income tax and increase consumption taxes.
