   Comments: The new layout and the way the chat works now with uStream sucks to be honest. ALL chats have been moved to ustream IRC. The 3rd party IRC networks that hosted chats for people on ustream already have the Flash chat server running. Now it seems to be a waste. I think having the option to put your own chat server in the options for your chat would be good. uStream IRC servers suck to begin with. No services ex. Anope. It is harder to configure an IRC client to connect to. The servers are to busy and people often lag due to this. The fact ustream usually has more then 8,000 to 11,000 clients connected to only 4 of the IRC servers. As well, not all the servers are running correctly and do not set the right modes and they have modules such as "chanlog" which logs all channels. This is uncalled for. Bring back the old chat to where people had it hosted on or add a option to allow the user to set what network to connect it to.

   Comments: Your users wanted to be able to chose their chat server and you gave it to them. A lot of people chose you because of this option. Now you have taken it away.

   Comments: we have already moved to Justin TV. Would prefer to stay here if you are willing to make much needed changes. The changes you made to ustream are simply not acceptable.

    Comments: I cannot begin to tell the level of outrage I felt when I switched on my computer to discover the massacre that had happened at Ustream. For individuals like myself, who are disabled and housebound in particular, I find it hard to fathom how you could mess with such a valuable link to the world and the community.

    Comments: We enjoyed our chatroom just the way it was. The new format is not userfriendly and we are extremely dissapointed in UStream for making these changes without testing the fields. We will gladly come back to Ustream if it would be changed back to the way it was.

    Comments: This new Ustream step-up is hard to deal with. I am on two different sites during the day--one the chat is messed up, and the second has no chat, but the comments are being posted or "allowed" EVEN BY THE CAMERA OWNER!!!!!

    Comments: Ustream has always been receptive and helpful in dealing with its subscribers I hope you will revert back to those items we find favorable and also eliminate those items deemed undesirable in the new interface.

    Comments: I have loved ustream since December 26th, 2008. But ever since the day you guys have added the new features and sorts of things my dedication to you guys have gone down hill. Please bring back the old Ustream.tv!
