Name: Stacy Miller on Jun 20, 2009Comments: The owner has had enough chances to care for these elephants properly. His care is not sufficient. PAWS will provide for their EVERY need be it food, a natural habitat or veterinary care significantly beyond what they are receiving now. Please remove these elephants from this abysmal existence.Flag

Name: Carolyn M Roseberry on Jun 21, 2009Comments: These poor girls have had enough suffering and it is time for them to retire and get alittle life of what elephants deserve. They should have never been separated from there families to began with. God says we must take good care of the animals and someone has failed somewhere and it is time for them to be treated with respect and love. Please send them to the Sanctuary in Tennesee.Flag

Name: Dr. Charity Blake on Jun 22, 2009Comments: These 3 grand ladies have been indentured slaves to Will Davenport for more than a decade. They deserve to be freed from this horrendous, torturous situation and retired to a proper elephant sanctuary where they will get the respect, love, medical attention and proper nutrition they have lacked thus far in their capture. Mr. Davenport should have his license revoked and ordered to never again own ANY animal, not even a turtle. We have laws to protect dogs and cats, but exotic, large animals in this country do not seem to have any chance of living a happy existence. We brought these slaves to America after tearing them away from their mother and family unit in the wild. President Lincoln freed ALL the slaves, that should include those 4-footed slaves that were also brought here against their will and forced to perform labor for the amusement and income of a scumbag that treats them like dirt.Flag

Name: Carolyn M Roseberry on Jun 22, 2009Comments: Please let Queenie Jewel and Tina be free from abuse and let them retire at Paws. These animals have had a horrible circus life of pain and never got to have the live that elephants were meant to have. The owner does not no how to treat them and is cruel to them. No animals showed be exposed to such treatment.Flag

Name: Tina Armenti on Jun 22, 2009Comments: I saw Tina and Jewel a few years ago, for approximately half an hour. They were with Davenport. The ride elephant was hit multiple times with the bull hook every time they stopped to load riders. If each ride lasted 2 to 3 minutes, she was hit at minimum 10 times in a half hour period. They have changed much since then. Unfortunately, they look more like Ned each time I see them Please save them from their abusive situation and send them to PAWS or TES.Flag
