Name: Frank Menser on Oct 7, 2008Comments: The nature of this bill is too sweepingly general as it does not take into account species and races of Boa and Python other than the largest and hence most likely to be concieved as dangerous by the general public.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 7, 2008Comments: Responsible breeders, buyers and collectors of exotic reptiles provide invaluable information to the herpetology/scientific community. Banning sales of these beautiful and important animals would not only be a disservice to animal lovers but would detract from the overall scientific and educational knowledge base on various exotic species.Flag

Name: Kenneth L Bryan Jr on Oct 7, 2008Comments: I do and have owned several dozen boas and pythons of various types since the age of 11. Never have I been injured as much as I have with the nips and scratches of cats and dogs. As much as fear my make people believe that constrictors are dangerous animals. They are no more dangerous statistically than a medium sized dog and are valued pets for those of us who keep them.Flag
