article1 ; chapter 1 when the government spending exceeds the cap for taxpayer revenue all new projects , programs , and funds will stop for any cost causing bill idea or nessesity . all forms or gov raises will be dropped 10-20% and all non essencial gov employees will be let go . if and when the government exceeds the rights of people who no matter what tax braket (all men are equall) are considered worth more than others , everyone pays the % due . the senate and the house will have a 10 year cap . after that the elective will no longer be alowed to run for office congress can no longer vote for a raise , it is an honor not a benifit and it will be a volunteer position , as well as life long retirement for gov electees will be revoked , as well as prior retirrment plans for prior gov officals (save money ) if at any time a vote is drawn to challenge an offical the 50 states will take a vote (non represented by gov house or senate) as a jury to condem or set strait ones actions as written this bill is all for the people , even those in office instead of hurting the lower or middle class take a lil off the top for once and help us please !
