URGENT: Florida Drivers, Your rights are at risk!! Situation: Governor Scott wants to funnel $$$ to his hospital friends, by forcing you to the ER If you want to keep your right to choose your medical provider, and the type of care you receive after an auto accident, please sign this petition: To: My Florida Senators, Representatives, and the Governor I am requesting that you VOTE NO on HB 119, which under the guise of stopping fraud, forces people into the Emergency Room after an accident. If you do not report to the Emergency Room in the required 72 hours, you forfeit your rights to receive care, even though you paid your premiums. I know the hospital ER will QUICKLY deplete the money set aside for my treatment, after an accident by running tests to pay for hospital equipment. It is common practice by hospital administrators. We know it. In a few days, hospital bills can amount to $40,000. I pay my auto insurance premiums. This is between my insurance company and me. I want to retain my rights to control my healthcare choices. You apparently think you know what's best for us. Well, you don't!! Stop Messing with our Freedom and Protect Us from Fraud!!! Pass a bill that includes the patient's right to choose their healthcare options and provider. Insurance carriers can offer policies, which limit or direct choices giving consumers the right to choose. This is the United States of America, a free country which practices free enterprise. If you mess with our freedom, WE WILL VOTE YOU OUT!! The truth is that Chiropractic care is much more affordable, natural, fast, and more effective than many medical choices such as: costly and addictive pain pills that destroy families and our communities, painful and expensive injections that eventually wear off, invasive, extremely costly surgeries that take people out of the work force, and into the expensive and time-consuming rehab industry. WE ARE DIRECTING YOU AS ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES TO PROTECT US, OUR RIGHTS, AND OUR FREEDOMS. VOTE NO ON HB 119, a Personal Injury revision bill. Sincerely, The Signed Petitioners
