The momentum behind this push to cap fiduciary fees is undeniable and shows that people are finally waking up to these abuses. Email Senator Evans today to demand she introduce legislation that stops this financial exploitation immediately.

I want to file a formal complaint against Boehmer & Mills Fidiciuary Services, Norine Boehmer. ..for partiality, failure to disclose information, rudeness, injurious conduct towards 2 out of 4 beneficiaries. Not acting in beneficiaries interest. Breach of trust, collusion with apathetic real estate sales broker/agent..and more.. Please contact me on [email protected] [email protected]
My parents worked their whole lives to leave something behind and now these crooks are draining the account dry. It is legal theft plain and simple.
Everything gone in two years. Disgusting state of affairs here in CA.
THESE PEOPLE ARE PREDATORS. They spend all day just billing hours and charging ridiculous amounts for doing nothing. It needs to stop now.
I dealt with Boehmer and it was nothing but lies and hidden fees from the start. They see a vulnerable person and just start grabbing at the money.
Our family friend was given a State conservativer, two expensive Attorney’s, doctors that told her she needed a conservativer and attorneys to back u everything, everyone said. I fought to take the conservedship out of their hands and put in mine. I found 4 Bogas accounts through Wellsfargo Bank in Utah and Arizona. Several life insurance policies that would go to them. A PayPal account where someone was buying stuff on line. Three other bank accounts. When I filed for Consrvership, it took months before they released her social security and Disability checks. After court, the Attorneys bills rolled in. Unbelievable amounts for Attorneys working for the State to protect our elderly. Every time a bill came in, I sent it back to them with (KISS OUR AZZ) across the front. Couple times of that and I received a letter stating they are tired of arguing with me and are refusing any future communication with me. DeCoded, that means, they are afraid the are going to get caught stealing from our elderly. When no one is watching the Greedy, our family and friends loose.

This happened to my Grandmother. They took her for everything she had, signed her up for a crooked mortgage plan for seniors and stole her home. I guess our roots are being shredded and in comes the crooked to gobble up everything we have worked all our lives for. I’m on your side in Utah! We might seem like little drops to them but combined we are an ocean.
