Comments: Enough is enough. They're right, other celebrities have gotten a slap on the wrist because of who they are. I'd be in jail. Someone needs to take a stand and say "enough is enough" to these poor little rich kids who party & drink under age and get away with it. How many laws has she & her friends broken ENOUGH

Comments: She should go to jail the average Joe wouldnt get to ask for a pardon from the Governer. She needs to grow up accept responsiblity for her actions. To pardon her would send the wrong message out to our young people and the people who support the governer.

Comments: She broke the law and justice should be served accordingly as the judge ordered. She is a very bad example to all women of this world. Money can't buy self respect, which is something she lacks totally. There are laws for a reason and when you constantly break the law and act like it doesn't matter, then what goes around comes around. Take her away and teach her a lesson which may open her eyes to what she really looks like to others around this country and especially young girls who think that she is someone to look up to. She should be ashamed of herself for embarassing her mother and father for being incompentient and careless.

Comments: PARIS SHOULD DO EVERY MINUTE OF HER LOUSY 45 DAYS! POOR PEOPLE WOULD HAVE GOT 90 DAYS FOR THE SAME CRIME OR MORE! PARIS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE! YOU'LL BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST WHEN YOU GET OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 10 YEARS!

Comments: I know you were thrown into a tough spot Governor Scwarzenegger, but remember you won't be betraying Paris by doing the right thing. I don't hate Paris and if you read my comment you will see who I am. I don't want anyone to suffer, but to let her get away with this is saying that noone has to think about it if they didn't hurt themselves or kill another from drunk driving. So, they will do it again thinking they won't hurt anyone and that they are in control while under the influence. Paris needs to know that she is indeed forgiven, but that being forgiven doesn't take away the responsibility to make positive changes in ourselves. Cindy Sorrentino

Comments: Since Paris is a role model for so many young girls/women, what kind of message would it send to them if her sentence in not upheld. She needs to be sent away for the 45 days with no special treatment just because she has money.

Comments: SHE NEEDS TO SERVE HER TIME JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. SHE WAS GIVEN 2 CHANCES AND SHE BLEW IT. I CAN UNDERSTAND EVERYONES FRUSTRATION WITH THE COURT SYSTEM. MY HUSBAND WAS HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER A FEW YEARS AGO. WHEN I GOT THE CALL AT 3:00AM IN THE MORNING INFORMING ME ABOUT THE ACCIDENT I WAS IN DISBELIEF. WHEN I WENT TO THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT THE OFFICERS TOLD ME I WAS VERY LUCKY BECAUSE WHEN THEY ARRIVED ON THE SCENE THEY THOUGHT FOR SURE HE WAS DEAD. THANK GOD HE WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT BECAUSE HE WAS ABLE TO WALK AWAY FROM THE ACCIDENT WITH JUST A FEW BUMPS AND LOTS OF BRUISES. WE WERE LUCKY THAT DAY. MY HUSBAND IS ALIVE. SHE BROKE THE LAW AND JUST LIKE US SHE MUST PAY. SHE'S GETTING OFF EASY WITH JUST 45 DAYS. SHE SHOULD COUNT HER BLESSING. THREE CHEERS TO THE JUDGE THAT SAW THREW HER AND HER BULL CRAP. ARNOLD NEEDS TO STAY OUT OF IT AND LET HER DO THE TIME

Comments: I think she should go to Jail for longer than 45 days what is that only a month and a half Think of all the people she could have killed. And her not knowing she couldn't drive on a suspeneded license give me a break! What does the word suspeneded mean HELLO Maybe she should go back to school and pay attention instead of the teachers! LOL!

Comments: She is getting a slap on the hand...She deserves her jail time....and should be grateful that shedoesn't have to live with the fact that she killed someone with her reckless behavior.......Send her to jail, take her license, give community service hours, then send her to a mother, father, and childs funeral service....So she can see how the families feel.....Just make sure she's not high so shedoesn't feel their pain & suffering!!!!!!!!!!! Yes KEEP HER IN JAIL!!!!!!!
