The road to the rear of 6 Sydney Place to the offices of W A Vallance is in disrepair. In particular the part of the road to the rear of the residential premises is full of large potholes on both sides of the pathway. It is considered dangerous to the occupants of the premises as they are either elderly people or disabled. Some have tripped over due to the pot holes, it is only due to good fortune that no injuries have occured. We the undersigned wish to request Dumfries & Galloway Council to upgrade the road surface to reduce the possibility of injuries occuring to the residents of this area.
