By way of an online petition, we are modestly asking My Solid Technologies, the maker of local mobile brand My Phone, to provide us an official firmware update for all series under Agua Rio, which in particular are the Rio, Rio Lite, Rio Craze, and Rio Fun.

With the huge market success of this series branding, we are expecting My Phone to provide all of their loyal customers with an Android Kitkat Update so as to maximize the capabilities of the phones we have bought using our hard-earned money.

On this note, we will be waiting for the speedy feedback and action of My Phone.
