Comments: Samsung will change their policy regarding updates, once people stop buying their products. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be my last Samsung tablet (might make an exception for the Nexus 10, if Google is in charge of updates).

Comments: The tablet is not that old. IF you want to compete with apple keep supporting previous generation products.

Comments: As usual, Samsung's support for a product is behind everybody else. For all the things you can steal from Apple, product support and customer service is the one thing you fail on again and again.

Comments: Samsung must support the product and continue to release updates and improvements if they want to remain a key player and retain customer support, past and present. It is not justifiable that a flagship device only introduced around February 2011, should not received Jelly Bean. Take heed Samsung
