Comments: Just because Samsung have come up with a Samsung tab 2 should not be a valid reason for not updating the Samsung tab 1!!! Should you discourage all you customers fromn purchasing your product? Because no one knows when you will come with a next gen right after.

Comments: I own 2 samsung galaxy tab2 10.1 and 1 samsung galaxy tab 10.1 (older). I really disappointed with samsung because of no jelly bean update for older 10.1, which I bought with quite expensive price but in the end, lack of support. I really have to think twice to buy another samsung product because I don't want to experience this again. So many brands out there, and now I am thinking "Why does it have to samsung whom not supporting you very well?"

Comments: I would be highly disapointed if my Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not get Jelly Bean. I own many Samsung devices and would not expect Samsung to not support their products with the latest software releases.

Comments: If Samsung neglect their original loyal customers - those that paid top prices when the technology was yet to be proven. Those that took risk. Then I vow never to buy another Samsung product of any kind. I will also deter anyone I know from buying Samsung and blog through every social network about how Samsung are only after new customers and will leave you high and dry with one update if you're lucky afterwards. Do not disgrace yourselves Samsung!

Comments: I bought this device when it came out and it was twice as much as tablets are selling for now. If the hardware in the device is capable of getting the upgrade, I don't see why you would not update it. Very disappointing. Makes me seriously reconsider the purchase of a new tablet.
