    Comments: not even a year with my Galaxy Tab 10.1 (which i still picked over an iPad), and no support from Samsung. Unacceptabloe, will be moving over to Sony once again because although their updates are slow, they still provide the updates!

    Comments: I own 7 samsung devices, s2, tab10.1,blue ray,washer,led tv , monitor & door lock. It is impossible to have the latest device all the time. Meanwhile and update from sammy really helps to keep me as a sammy buyer.

    Comments: There is no technical reason to NOT update the 10.1 to JB. Most of us paid about $400 for our tabs and we had an expectation of being supported through a reasonable product life of about three years minimum.

    Comments: after having problems with my galaxy s2 4g and its updates, please dont hold back with a jellybean update for the galaxy tab 1 10.1. If everyday developers can make a usable rom then why cant samsung, the manufacturers of the tablet. Come on samsung, not all of us can afford a new tablet just to update. Remember i am a customer who purchased your product to which is investing in your company.

    Comments: I have 3 Galaxy S's (2 GSII's) and 2 Galaxy Tab 10.1's also 2 Samsung TV's. I really like their products BUT this is not right to leave out the original Tabs from the update list !! The Tab 2 in my mind is an not as good compared to the original with it Tegra 2 processor and flash. If it gets the update there is no reason the original should get the updat.

    Comments: Not receiving OS upgrades for a device less than 12 months old is very poor support. I never thought I'd be moved to buy an iPad as my next tablet device but with the lack of support being shown I see little alternative. I'll be checking other Android options first though.

I am so furious about the lack of Jelly Bean on this tablet while the virtually identical 10.1 2 has the update that I am unlikely to buy further Samsung products. Honestly, this is ridiculous customer service.
