Comments: Just updated my Tab 2 7.0 and was disappointed to find out my Tab 10.1 will not be getting the update. Surprised, since the hardware can supported. I spent big bucks when it first came out.

Comments: This is so unjustified... I had loved Samsung for its product but this treachery is surely going to rob Samsung million of customers, I bet... Samsung wake up... i myself handle three samsung devices costing more than 60,000 Rupees and I vehemently oppose this... samsung should update Tab 10.1 into jellybean...

Comments: Unfortunately, I loved Samsung so much that I bought the Galaxy Tab 101. as soon as it came out. Now I find that software will cause it to be outdated. That's a bit like Microsoft did with the early versions of windows, and even MS-DOS.

Comments: I would like to known why Samsung is so cruel ! I bought my tab 10.1 just before they released the same 10.1 2. This is just a money grab! They want me to buy a whole tab just for an update!

Comments: I, nor any other customer will buy a new $500 tab just to get a new OS update!! I invested $500 in your product!! I deserve the laser OS!! it's not a subsidized phone that I'll throw out in two years. this is a joke! Apple always updates their hardware!!!

Comments: I really don't understand why the Galaxy Tab 10.1 wouldn't be updated to 4.1, as it certainly capable of doing so. All I know is that I would appreciate the gesture; and almost guaranty's that I would buy my next device from them to show them my thanks.

Comments: This 'is' ridiculous. I bought the 10.1 over the iPad for both supporting the open-source, highly capable Android OS, and for the chance to use something outside of the restrictive policies of Apple. I now know I made a bad decision. Apple provides updates to iOS for a LONG time, and is very supportive of their hardware. Samsung you should be criticized for letting your customers down like this. With no JB for my 10.1, this is the LAST Samsung product I will purchase; No S3, or any other of your quickly forgotten, disposable garbage you try push to compete with Apple. Fool me once..

My 1 year old 3d LED tv is already suffering from lack of support, even thought the hardware is capable, please dont let my TAB go down the same way !

Comments: I need to upgrade smart phones for my wife and myself. I was about to upgrade to the Galaxy III until I discovered that there is still no date for an upgrade to Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 -- that I bought on the day it was first released. Your lack of support has convinced me to switch back to Apple.

Comments: 1. Most Controversial tablet of 2012 and most recognized tab 2. It Was the first nexus tablet without the nexus brand and was the platform for android tablet revolution and Samsung domination in this area 3. For a tab that open doors in iPad dominant territory its a slap in the face for those that decided to support android for their and Samsung. Basically It was invest in us and when we get popular and rich screw you
