Comments: Yes it is ridiculous that you buy a tab and next thing it no longer support. Even though it just as good as other device

Comments: I own a Galaxy Tab 10.1 WiFi. I also own a Kindle Fire running Jelly Bean. The Fire was so vastly improved by Jelly Bean, Please bring us this ROM, and extend the value of our Samsung product. You want customer loyalty, especially among vocal technophiles. If you want Samsung to have loyalty like Apple, you need to keep the premium products alive.

Comments: I purchased a new Samsung Tab 10.1 in early 2012 and I expect it to be updated to the new operating systems until the hardware will not allow it to be updated. I will switch to a vendor that will provide this level of support if Samsung can not. If sufficient numbers of people switch and future sales suffer maybe this will get their attention. I currently own multiple Samsung products.

Comments: If I purchased hardware under a two-year data contract, the manufacturer should keep the product current for the lifecycle of the contract. It is unethical to do otherwise.
