Comments: My tablet is less than a year old and would like to see the Jellybean update especially since Ice cream sandwich has been plagued almost daily with the vanishing icons and in the early era had the start up loop. Many people have owned this tablet a shorter time than myself. Many were promised Jelly Bean back in July. I still like the tablet but this will weigh on my decision to go with Asus again. The regularity of the launcher crash with icon loss makes it embarassing for me to resell the tablet.

Comments: It seems loose interest in customers after the tablet is outside of warranty, but will customers buy again from Asus if the customer service is not upto scratch i don't think so Asus are already loosing out because of poor customer service

Comments: It is quite pathetic that nowadays a product becomes obsolete within 18 months. Issuing a single major update and the dropping it is unacceptable.

Comments: If they do not update this unit, I will not be looking to Asus for my next purchase. I upgrade every couple of years but I want all the support and OS updates available for the current unit while I have it in use. Anything less is unacceptable and will force me to look else when I make the move.
