Comments: Indirectly forcing people who want more performance or stability from their tablets to root their devices is just plain wrong. Asus is being unfair to it's customers by not fixing the issues present in the current build of their software. I have a keyboard dock and every time I plug it in, my tablet gets very unstable and starts rebooting endlessly. I paid money for all this and am not getting a device that works properly. I am extremely disappointed and will avoid buying their products if they don't fix the issues, I will recommend others do the same.

Comments: The tablet still have a good amount of potential. Upgrading the TF101 to the latest version would show the company's commitment to excellent support for their customers

Comments: I love my Asus Transformer tf101. I hope that you continue to support this tablet and release an update to Jellybean for it. I want to support and continue to purchase and use your products but if you can not show that you will support your older products then this will be the last ASUS device of any kind the I will buy.

Comments: Early adopter here... Think it's a pretty awkward move from Asus to deny update to JB for the TF101 I'm used to higher standards of customer relationship handling from Asus. I believe i have to rethink my pro-Asus buying strategy...

Comments: If Asus cannot upgrade the original TF101 to JB, they should at least offer a viable trade in program for one that will support JB and future releases. If they don't take care of those who voted with their pocketbook on purchasing a NEW product at its introduction, I certainly do not plan to 'vote' for them again.

Comments: I bought the tf101 with the understanding from asus that it would be upgrading to jellybean. If they decide not to update does this mean asus will refund my purchase due to false pretense. I dont think they want that kind class action situation on their hands so just update the tf101.
