Name: Favian Orozco on Jan 29, 2013Comments: Indirectly forcing people who want more performance or stability from their tablets to root their devices is just plain wrong. Asus is being unfair to it's customers by not fixing the issues present in the current build of their software. I have a keyboard dock and every time I plug it in, my tablet gets very unstable and starts rebooting endlessly. I paid money for all this and am not getting a device that works properly. I am extremely disappointed and will avoid buying their products if they don't fix the issues, I will recommend others do the same.Flag

I want to support and continue to purchase and use your products but if you can not show that you will support your older products then this will be the last ASUS device of any kind the I will buy.Flag

Name: Michael Ashburn on Feb 1, 2013Comments: If Asus cannot upgrade the original TF101 to JB, they should at least offer a viable trade in program for one that will support JB and future releases. If they don't take care of those who voted with their pocketbook on purchasing a NEW product at its introduction, I certainly do not plan to 'vote' for them again.Flag

If they decide not to update does this mean asus will refund my purchase due to false pretense. I dont think they want that kind class action situation on their hands so just update the tf101.Flag
