Name: Earl Lynch on Jan 1, 2013Comments: It seems as if Asus doesn't realize that most of their customers have been loyal fans for years. If this is because they fear less people will purchase the newer tablets they couldn't be more wrong.I purchased 2 tf101 in Dec of 2011 and plan to purchase the tf700t within the next month. This doesn't apply to my experience only but to all of my friends that Have the tf101. You will turn loyal customers against you and insure a drop in sales due to your lack of support of this great tablet.Flag

Name: Anthony Knightley on Jan 3, 2013Comments: I can't believe that ASUS think that cutting customers loose after 18 months will not affect brand loyalty. These days hardware is pretty much all the same. The big differentiator between manufacturers is how they support their customers. If this upgrade doesn't happen then I'm done with ASUS. They can't be trusted.Flag
