Comments: Asus, don't let us (consumers) down. We are just asking for an update that Google released before the TF101 reached 18 months old.Flag -

Name: Anonymous Facebook user on Dec 8, 2012Comments: To Asus I am an owner of a Tf101 and I was really happy at the begining, but after I updated my tf101 to ICS. This version: Eee Pad Transformer TF101 Firmware: V9.2.1.27 Only for WW SKU (Android 4.0.3) that I found in the http://www.asus.com webpage hoping that it will improve the laggy OS that already had, I just noticed that it turns off or reset just by its own... why? do you think you will be able to release an update to fix my problem because of YOUR system? or maybe I should stop buying ASUS related products because you just don't want to fix your own mistakesFlag

Name: Amit on Dec 9, 2012Comments: This is absolutely necessary for Asus to provide a clear update to an issue free JB stock ROM. If not anything else, it's to apologize for the random reboots and hosts of other issues which we had to deal with with older stock ROMs. It's time the Android manufactures started holding themselves to higher standards. I mean I love Android but WTF is this? The tablet was unusable for almost a year after purchase because of nonsensical software implementations. Even now it's barely usable as it stands. Browser and app crashes are rampant. I believe that every Transformer owner is owed a fully functional JB update and this is updated till all issues are kinked out. I request Asus not to take advantage of the good nature of folks in this fashion.Flag

Comments: My future purchases from Asus are based on current support. Since the TF101 meets the technical specifications to run Jelly Bean, I purchased this aware of Asus former level of support for the product. Since it is now unsupported with the current firmware, I too will abandon Asus products unless you resume your support.Flag -
