    Comments: If the update does not come, this would be my first and last Asus device. Please don't act like already established companies like Apple/Samsung. Your customers take you obscurity pretty easily. You are good so far, but not huge like other companies, to challenge user's choice of hardware, and remember I use tablet as an additional device, not primary. So, you better keep OS's updates coming.

    Comments: ASUS, You've already stuck it to us with a pad that has light leeks in the screen and low left side audio!!!! I had my TF101 replaced 3 times and repaired once then I gave up. I was considering a new pad but Not if you Asus don't support your product. Sincerely, Joeri

    Comments: I bought my TF101 a little over a year ago so it's not THAT old!!! Asus should continue to support this device. I also have an Asus laptop so I am a loyal customer. I would not buy any thing else from them if they can't provide an update for a device that isn't even 18 months old yet!!!

    Comments: Upgrade to 4.0 has been backward step for me. I have to hard reboot continually because it dies, or loses sound for no explicable reason. The device also seems a lot slower than it used to be. If it does not get the upgrade then I am going to have to consider replacing at some stage (it cost £500 for goodness sake) and if so it won't be with another Asus.
