As of 2012 there are only 10 color schemes for the Silver Falls Community single family homes. These are the same color schemes that has been in use for the last 10 years. These schemes are outdated and give our neighborhood a cookie cutter image. The reason for this petition is to allow homeowners to paint their garage door a different color then the body of the home without violating homeowners association housing color schemes and receiving a fine.
