Those who are guilty and responsible for such prolonged negligence of even routine investigation and civil function should equally be punished as accomplices of accused. The prime suspects of the crime and any other associates who might come after the deep investigation should be punished to the highest degree of Law. A thorough investigation in the matter be initiated to reveal the real cause of the killings beyond the personal perversion of a single person.
