On that day, we will ride our bikes, instead of driving....I will forego my computer, the air conditioner, and all elecrical appliances. I will turn off lights. I will walk our farm, with our dogs, and be grateful. I will harvest the last remains of our garden, and make good use of whatever I find. I will share this with others, and will invite friends to join us for a bonfire, and I will bring up Unplug America for conversation. |

We walk, bike or ride a bus everywhere, we sold our van and have no fossil-fuel burning vehicle at home! We will spend time in our Organic Garden, getting it ready for Winter crops, cleanup, etc... We will make a nice Vegan dinner to continue our day together as a family. :-) |
