We the people of the United States do hereby sign this petition, that All Americans Should Have Free Health care.
Creating a universal health care system would guarantee all citizens would have equal access to health care, creating healthier citizens, and a healthy environment.

I am not a politician, or a public speaker, I am just a concerned citizen like you, that can not afford the health care I know I need. Our children go without proper care, parents without the needed medical care, simply because we have to choose between putting food on the table and supporting our families, or getting the medical care we need.
