UEA was created to bolster aviation knowledge and participation in urban communities and amongst women in an active and direct grassroots outreach effort. Our mission is to promote, enhance and educate the ill-informed of the many opportunities that are available. The time is now to help your son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, nephew, niece or neighbor pursue a dream career that he or she may not even know exists!
