I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty, and justice for all.

This young man fought for our freedom and the American Flag for which he pleged his life and is reminded of his service to his country each day. Others who were not so lucky as I was or this brave young man are buried in our graveyards and other graveyards around the world.  Why is it so very hard to understand & accept the "Pledge of Allegiance" which was written so many years ago?

We used to have to recite this at the beginning our school day and we were proud to be Americans. What happened If you agree with this petition and want to stand up and be proud to be an American once again sign this petition and we will send it to congress, the senate and of course the President to show our support in the Republic of the United States of America.
