This year workers rights have been under constant attack in Wisconsin. Public sector unions have been dealt a crippling blow, escalating management's confidence in union-busting and jeopardizing our rights and livelihoods.

Meriter Hospital is without exception:

• 17 CNA's in the Emergancy Room have been told that their jobs will be taken away and replaced with non-union positions (techs). If successful in the ER, then management's confidence in union-busting will grow and eventually chip away at our union.
• Your job could be next! Outsourcing, temporary contraction, and structural reorganization are very real possibilities in today's economy.
• Our contract allows for re-classification. Management is taking advantage of this and refuses to follow these contractual guidelines. This violates our CNA's contractual rights.
