ISP's, web hosts, developers and consumers are tired of UniForum SA's arcade domain registration system. We're one of the few countries in the world where a domain registrar requires you to submit a text based email to their system which in turn performs dns lookups to confirm whether a host has been configured before you are able to complete a registration or transfer. Give me an API which I can use to register domains or a web interface. The system should not take more than 2 minutes to register a domain and nor should it care about DNS. While you're at it, get rid of your unfriendly staff and hire people who do have people skills and know how to get a domain registrar up and running within a day after an unknown disaster.
