Equestrian Industry Trade Show

August 24, 2007 Board of Directors American Equestrian Trade Association 591 North Avenue, Suite 3-2 Wakefield, MA 01880 Jim Herbert, Managing Partner GlobalStrat LLC 9 North Liberty Street PO Box 1866 Middleburg, VA 20118 This letter represents the equestrian industry members signatured below who support an effort of a unified industry trade show that resolves the differences of both parties. We request that you submit to a professionally arbitrated resolution by a neutral party with a short time line for completion of an agreement. A mediated resolution will avoid the burdensome effect on industry members of two shows. We believe that strides have been made toward a stronger, unified show and that a mediated resolution of your conflict is in our best interest looking toward the years ahead. This letter signifies our strong support for a mediated result and thereby an opportunity to offer unified backing to both the IEBA Expo and AETA association. Yours truly,

Are you a Retailer, Sales Representative, Manufacturer, Distributor, or Other: Retailer
(Questions/Comments Optional) Would you like AETA and IEBA Expo to come to an agreement: 01
If AETA Association and IEBA Expo do not come to an agreement and two shows are offered, which would you attend: 03
Comments: We have decided not to attend any shows until it is figured out. We have heard the same from most other retailers. This is too small of an industry to have so many shows. It is only hurting the industry on a whole by being divided. We love going to tradeshows and find this situation very discouraging. We will be attending the NYIGF show hosted by George Little Management in New York City. They know how to put on and run a successful show with worldwide attendance!
