As a customer of Nyseg I am very unhappy with the quality of service that I have gotten over the last 10 years. It seem like at the slightest hint of bad weather I lost power, and it always takes at least 3-5 days to restore it. I have lost hundreds of dollars in food, and spent hundreds more on gas to run a generator. Both which Nyseg will not reimburse me for or apply any kind of credit to my bill. The list of excuses goes on and on about why they can't prevent this from happening. Nyseg seems to be a reactive company, and does not make any kind of real effort to stop this from happening year after year. In this case twice in one year. Nyseg shows little concern for their customers or there well being, and then they do very little to compensate their customers when this kind of an event happens. If you feel the same way and tired of being suck with NO POWER time after time for days on end. Please sign this petition... Maybe Nyseg will react to this and reconsider the way they deal with their customers
