    Comments: I completely agree... and yes, I am a female! My brother is currently going through a divorce and hoping to win custody of his child. Through this experience I have realized just how unfair the court systems are to true, caring fathers. It upsets and I would love to see something done about it.

    Comments: i agree with the credit card for my ex>why should we all men be harrassed by these lasy case workers all the time!!! i have 2 daughters that i have with my ex and have 3 other children that i am raising in my household now because their father committed souicied and they dont take anything in consideration but my ex wife.we need true justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Comments: Women want equal rights but, they don't talk about equal responsibilities furthermore, some states require the father to pay health insurance. These are the issues that I cannot get to the politicans because they are so busy worrying about their careers along with being called out by these coward feminist women. because of the laws, I have lost all respect for women because I have an ex-wife who won't work but, I have to work 60 hrs a week to pay $300 a month for health insurance and $500 a month for child support. Many of these women will get theirs in the. We as men must keep fighting if we want to change the laws. If we have to go after some of these lying feminsts, judges, lawyers, and other child support racketeers with war let's do it. The main thing we need to do is get our message out. Lastly, we must not let the adhomonym attacks such as "pig", "women haters", or "self centered SOB" get to us because most women are cowards they hide behind laws and children. I believe in a debit card and statement. Most constiuents on the left would say that is intrusion on privacy. What do you call it when I make money or the system garnishes my wages, or makes a mockery out of my credit rating. See these idealogues don't understand that confiscatory policies don't help they only hurt the child.

    Comments: The money that is not spent should be put in a trust fund for the child.The system is no good.It Destroys alot of men.It shouild not take a year to get a child off support.Or 2 to 3 yrs to even get a hearing.You fill out the forms .The next mounth.they do not have a recored of it.Or they lost it.The people there are not doing their job,and say hell with the men.Women stick together,but the men do not.Men get a bad rape on dead beat Dads.The system does not care about the men.If a man is sick and cannot work.They still lock you up.Which cost the tax payers alot more money than most of these guys can make in a year.It does not make sence.I know some one who was behind.but was paying child support. It was coming right out of his check.he was still locked up because of the system.He lost his job,because he is in jell,when he was working and paying. The kids are reciveing no money now because he is in jell.It does not make any sence to do this.The sytem needs to be changed.It is unfare to men.I tryed to get my kid off the system,because she graduative over a yr ago and is 20 now.It took a yr for a hearing to get her off and I still owe the money,which they should of went back a yr. and take it off.You tell me whats wrong with the system.I have been disabled for over 3 years and still trying to get my kids off.when they are reciving s.s.because of me being disabled But the child support will not do anything.they give you the run around.Then your consider a dead beat Dad and your name and picture posted up every where.because it takes them over a year to do anything while the money is added on ever mounth when it should of been taken off over a year ago.Its not right.

If an established 'check and balance system existed, the govt would realize how much of the money is really spent on alcohol, drugs and gambling.     Comments: I've had to fight for everything to see my daughter & now he judge says I owe $400/mo child support & my annual income is $23,000.00 This judge just cost me my home, which I had to have in order to see my little girl & the home had to have a bedroom for her. Now I will probably loose it & my 1992 Jeep. Man, I won't be able to make it. My ex has 2 other illegitamate kids & collects child support from them also. What a business she has going & he Judge didn't penalize her at all. I think the court should've paid to have her tubes tied so she can't ruin any other males life.

    Comments: I agree the system is very one sided. They say that everything is for the well being of the child, but is the really being taken care of to justify the amount we have to pay. I f the mother has more than one child, how do I know that I am not helping to support someone else child What make the mother a better parent than me If both of the parents are working than how could she be a better parent We shouldn't ake in consideration that she carried the child for nine months. Just as the judge told me, what you provided before this case came to court doesn't matter. We are concerned from this point on.

He has the same concern that you have.My son never married lexi's mother,so we our facing the unfairness of not having any visitation rights. the mother gets all the custody rights until we go to court.     Comments: First, the child support guidelines are too high. My ex's infidelity caused my divorce and now I'm paying the price for mistakes. Now she has my kids, money and I have to see my kids dressed in rags when they visit me. The custodial parent does not have to prove how they spend any of the money and are selfishly spending it on themselves. THEY NEED ACCOUNTABILITY TOO!!!!

    Comments: I have never had to pay for child support but my mother is right now and she is deeply depressed over it. I feel exactly the way that you do and it doesn't always happen to the fathers. You are ordered to pay all this child support and you have no way of knowing where the money is going. Did you know that if you have your children 40% of the time or more you have a right of reducing it
