This is an outrageous tax for anyone trying to sell their house. Our family has inherited our house from a mother who worked incessantly to make the mortgage payments and now we own this house shared by three offspring, and hope to share the profit we make on this property three ways. The property is very modest,and to slam on a sales tax of this outrageous proportion would cause reason for violent repercussions. The government can only go so far with making the middle class citizens pay for their failure to make their budget work so they can continue to spend our money on their campaigns, dinners, and fund raisers!
