Once the "made simpler" changes took effect 01 July this year, Adelaide and other ports have been unfairly disadvantaged with point and status credit earnings. We ask that Qantas readdress their earnings table and recognise the mistakes that have been made, and rectify.
The support of Qantas is a two way street. To keep the loyalty, Qantas need to readjust the earning tables to reflect the time and distance actual.
