This is stopping me from getting jobs and even if I do word goes out and soon my work mates start melting away and everybody start to treat me as a criminal. This was purely a driving offence and therefore driving offences should be expunged from CRB/DBS. I have spoken to many others who had similar offences but never appeared on their enhanced DBS. If you drive there's high chance of going above the limit at some point unknowingly. This is grossly unfair and it's a human right violation.
